If you have a membership, you can use SendOwl to add a new customer to a closed group. You can create subscriptions, whether you want to charge a recurring fee for access to your products or want to release new articles, videos or mp3’s regularly and give access to them for a set, recurring fee.

SendOwl also has the feature for you to drip content. So instead of releasing your product all at once, you can instead release it over several weeks, months or years to keep your customers hooked. 

Affiliate Platform 

SendOwl comes with an inbuilt affiliate system, where you will get the tracking and reporting of the performance of your affiliates. All you need to do is find the people best suited to selling your digital products and SendOwl will take care of the rest for you. 

SendOwl Sales features

Upsells are a great way to make more money on each sale. When your customers are checking out, they will have the option to add something extra to their cart. SendOwl allows you to create upsells for both pre-checkout and post-payment, which can help get your audience over the fence.

You can use the discount codes within SendOwl to run promotions. All of the promotions are fully trackable so you can see what works and even target individual customers. You can also limit the discount code uses to a certain period, product or spend amount.

However, if you want to make sure of SendOwl’s other features such as affiliates, upsells and more, then you can have a look at the other options. 

My experience with SendOwl

As a SendOwl user, both for selling and as an affiliate for other products, I have thoroughly enjoyed the backend and the front end of this platform. The interface is simple and easy to navigate. It might be a little on the basic side, but it can do everything you need it to. 

There is a lot of customisation flexibility so you can explore your options and try out different things with SendOwl. 

If you need software that can support your entire online store or website, then SendOwl wouldn’t be able to help you, since it doesn’t come with a website builder. 

However, if you already have your website and want to sell products on top, then SendOwl has all the features you need. The extra features such as affiliate program, upsells, pay-as-you want feature can truly help you optimise your sales and convert more leads.
